dc.description.abstractIn 2014 the Scripps Gerontology Center conducted the seventh biennial Ohio Nursing Home Family Satisfaction Survey under a contract to the Ohio Department of Aging. This year the survey had 947 facilities - the same number as in 2012 - representing 98% of Ohio's nursing homes and 23,639 families. The report includes information about the survey process, psychmetric analyses of the survey, and recommendations for future implementation of the survey.en_US
