Developing Specifications for the Competitive Bidding of Intake, Assessment & Case Management Services

Abstract

This report provides information about the elements of case management, intake, and assessment programs that are often specified in current standards or bid specifications. Observation of current practices, a literature review, and key informant interviews were used to develop recommendations for the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio to develop bid specifications for the Butler County ESP.
