This research brief is a description of findings from interviews with key informants from the first phase of a study entitled: “Adult Guardianship in Ohio: Promising Practices.” These findings led to the development of a survey about adult guardianship practices in Ohio's probate courts. The report highlights the challenges courts face and strategies they use to effectively manage those challenges. Finally, we highlight some promising practices that the courts have put in place to meet the challenges of managing adult guardianship.en_US
