This study provides an initial look at the characteristics of Ohio nursing homes and their associated complaints. Results show the relationship between provider staffing and complaints, with turnover among nursing home leadership and CNA’s significantly associated with higher complaint levels. Given the current staffing challenges that have been exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic, these findings are particularly important.en_US
