Ohio Nursing Home and Residential Care Facility Satisfaction: Survey Development and Testing for Residents and Families

Abstract

This report describes a project to update consumer surveys for residents and families in Ohio's nursing homes and residential care facilities. It also includes a newly created survey for families of residential care facility residents. Results include findings from focus groups, cognitive interviews, and a mailed pretest.
