As the need for higher education has increased in the preceding decades, so have the costs associated with it. Our institution has implemented numerous affordable learning initiatives in response, including an OER adopt/adapt grant program. The success of these programs can be measured by examining student costs and quality in student learning. This poster will focus on using Small Group Instructional Diagnosis for the assessment of student learning in courses taught by faculty who were awarded OER adopt/adapt grants. Discussion will focus on student learning trends that occurred in the transition from a traditional text to an OER.en_US
