dc.description.abstractIn 2012 the Scripps Gerontology Center conducted the sixth biennial Ohio Nursing Home Family Satisfaction Survey under a contract to the Ohio Department of Aging. This year the survey had the largest number of participating facilities (99%) and over 27,000 family and friends responded. The report includes information about the survey process, psychmetric analyses of the survey, and recommendations for future implementation of the survey.en_US
